Asbestos Awareness Training for UW personnel to help meet compliance with OSHA Asbestos Standards.

Bloodborne pathogens, the Standard, exposure control plan, transmission, potentially infectious materials, and methods to reduce exposure, vaccination, exposure procedures, signs and labels.

This course provides confined space training for compliance with the OSHA Confined Spaces in Construction Standard (29 CFR 1926, Subpart AA).

This course provides training information of the Wyoming OSHA Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout) standard. This training is not machine or task specific.

UW Required course for Review of Laboratory Safety. Which covers a Review of Laboratory Safety, Regulated Waste Management and Biological Safety. Required once every three (3) years.

This course covers workplace safety responsibilities of UW and employees, common hazards for all employees, accident prevention and reporting, and the roles of the UW Safety Office.

This is a basic portable ladder safety course.

This course provides basic powered industrial truck (forklift) training. This course does not provide powered industrial truck competency training. Competency training must be completed by demonstrating operator competency on the powered industrial truck.

This course provides respiratory protection training as specified by Wyoming OSHA. After completing this course, you must be fitted to your respirator.
