This self-paced online training prepares licensed mental health professionals to serve as Site Supervisors for practicum and internship students in Wyoming. Designed to be completed prior to assuming supervisory responsibilities, this course provides a foundational framework for ethical, effective clinical supervision within community and agency settings. Participants will explore the roles and responsibilities of the Site Supervisor, best practices for structuring and documenting supervision, ethical and legal considerations specific to supervision in Wyoming, strategies for supporting supervisee development across skill levels, and how to coordinate effectively with university or training program liaisons. This course has been approved for 3 hours of continuing education applicable toward Wyoming state licensure renewal.
