This is the free exploratory version of Designing a Learner-Centered Experience professional development drop. In this Drop, we're diving into the heart of learner-centered education by applying the 2Revolutions Experience Design Framework. Learners will imagine a world where their teaching strategies are perfectly aligned with what their students need and want. The Framework launches with a kick-off, an engaging activity that sparks curiosity and sets the stage for inquiry and discovery. The Framework progresses toward weaving open-ended questions and dynamic activities into the teaching practice, creating a learning environment that adapts and grows with students. Our goal? To support a learning loop that guides students through both content and skills, where every step is meaningful and every strategy is thoughtfully applied. The Framework closes out with a reflective wrap-up session that boosts student engagement and cements a deep, holistic understanding of what they've learned.
