This is the free exploratory version of Designing High-Quality Performance Assessments drop. In this drop, we will start to unpack the task design process and the critical first step of brainstorming and ideation. As you begin to formulate an idea for an upcoming performance assessment, this module will support your understanding of how to incorporate meaningful rigor and cognitive demand at the appropriate level to both challenge and support learners. You'll also explore the role of formative assessment in supporting learners in successfully engaging with a performance assessment.
