This is the free exploratory version of Explore Designing Impactful Work-Based Learning (WBL) Experiences drop. In this Drop, we focus on analyzing existing Work-Based Learning (WBL) programs and designing a targeted WBL program that aligns with best practices in career technical education (CTE). This drop will explore the essential components of WBL, including structured learning experiences, industry partnerships, and student engagement strategies. Learners will engage in activities that help them connect WBL with their educational contexts, reflecting on the strengths and areas for improvement in their current practices.
