Explore English as a second Language (ESL) Bootcamp

This is the free exploratory version of English as a second Language (ESL) Bootcamp  professional development drop. In this Drop, learners will delve into the language demands of an English Language Learner (ELL) lesson plan and the necessary language skills students need to succeed. They will explore demographic trends for English Language Learning communities, common misconceptions, and second language acquisition theories. By the end of this Drop, learners will be equipped to annotate a lesson plan with English Language Learners in mind, connect it to learnings about demographics and misconceptions, and reflect on their new understandings to complete the Demonstration of Learning.
